At Last Chiropractic brings together education in pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic, instrument-assisted adjustments, upper-cervical approaches and injury-related assessment. Below, you can review our doctors’ education, Florida license numbers, certifications and additional professional training.
Our office in Lithia welcomes patients from FishHawk, Riverview, Brandon, Valrico and surrounding Hillsborough County communities.

Carissa Taylor, DC, CACCP
Co-owner • Pregnancy and Pediatric Chiropractic
Dr. Carissa’s postgraduate education emphasizes care during pregnancy, infancy and childhood. Her training includes perinatal and pediatric chiropractic, the Webster Technique and pediatric Sacro Occipital Technique.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, University of Dayton; Doctor of Chiropractic, Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida campus.

Pediatric Certification — CACCP
Dr. Carissa completed the ICPA 200-hour certification program, with certification through the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice and the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
This additional education focuses on pediatric and family chiropractic.
Issued: October 3, 2024.
Certification in Perinatal Chiropractic
Completed the ICPA’s 80-hour Perinatal Certification Program.
Issued March 6, 2026.
This training adds to Dr. Carissa’s education in pregnancy and
postpartum chiropractic care.
Webster Technique Certificate of Proficiency
Awarded by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Issued January 25, 2018.
The Webster Technique is a chiropractic approach focused on sacral
and sacroiliac joint function, commonly used in pregnancy-conscious care.
SOT® Pediatric Practitioner Certificate Program
Completed the 48-hour program through Peak Potential Institute,
taught by Dr. Martin Rosen and Dr. Nancy Watson.
Completed April 2025.
This program provides additional pediatric assessment and technique training.
Torque Release Technique® Advanced Proficiency Certification
Awarded by Holder Research Institute following postgraduate training
in Torque Release Technique.
Issued April 18, 2016.
Grostic Procedure Certificate of Training
Completed modules 1–3 through the Grostic Procedure Society, Inc.,
covering the Grostic Procedure of specific upper-cervical hand adjusting.
Some earlier certificates were issued under Dr. Carissa’s former name,

Anthony Taylor, DC
Co-owner • Instrument-Assisted, Upper-Cervical and Injury-Focused Care
Dr. Anthony’s additional education brings together instrument-assisted adjusting, upper-cervical techniques and coursework related to concussion and personal-injury assessment. These areas of training inform his approach to evaluating patients and explaining individualized care options.
